The Hummingbird Bakery Mother’s Day Collection

For Mother’s Day, our client The Hummingbird Bakery looked to deliver a warm, feel-good campaign that celebrated thoughtful gifting and delicious moments. From photography and influencer outreach to paid ads and content marketing, every element worked together to drive awareness, engagement and conversions — both online and in-store.

What We Did

Creative Direction & Photography
We collaborated with a photographer to shoot the full Mother’s Day Collection. The content captured a soft, spring-toned aesthetic and was rolled out across the brand’s website, social platforms, press materials, A boards and in-store TV screens.

Paid Advertising
Our Paid Ads strategy spanned Google Search and Performance Max campaigns, targeting key seasonal and gifting-related keywords. Ad creative was regularly refreshed to drive clicks, conversions and high engagement throughout the promotional period.

Email Marketing
We created a suite of beautifully designed newsletters focused on the collection, key dates and last-order cut-offs. These emails were instrumental in nurturing subscribers and driving direct conversions.

Influencer Gifting
To generate buzz and organic reach, we led a Mother’s Day gifting campaign with London-based influencers in the parenting, lifestyle and food space. Each received a gifts from the collection — perfectly styled for social sharing.

Blog & SEO
We also wrote and published a dedicated Mother’s Day blog post on The Hummingbird Bakery website to support SEO efforts. The blog helped position the collection within seasonal search terms and enhanced visibility across Google.

Brand Collaboration
To elevate the campaign further, we partnered with British jewellery brand Astley Clarke for a luxury Instagram giveaway — combining cake and jewellery in one perfectly timed Mother’s Day prize.

Results:

  • 5.33X ROAS on Paid Ads via Google Search & Performance Max

  • 611.38K product impressions on Google — a +14.3% uplift year-on-year

  • 1.7 million social reach from influencer content

  • Stronger newsletter revenue compared to the previous year’s campaign

  • Growth in social followers and engagement during the launch period

Conclusion

This campaign was a true 360° celebration — beautifully shot, strategically executed and full of thoughtful moments that resonated with customers.
